An analyst at heart and a life-long learner, Pat takes pride in understanding and simplifying complexity, and then determining the best path forward.
Pat has approximately 15 years of real estate investment experience across acquisitions, asset management, development, capital markets, lender reporting, debt workouts, and special-situation advisory assignments. He has been directly involved in more than $3.7 billion of hospitality real estate across more than 10,800 hotel rooms through prior roles and advisory assignments, including acquisitions, refinancings, capital expenditure programs, repositionings, land and leasehold analyses, lender negotiations, and business plan execution.
Pat began his career in institutional hospitality real estate and later worked across hotel development, ownership, asset management, and restructuring-oriented assignments with Clearview Hotel Capital, T2 Hospitality, and Tarsadia Investments. Through Diamond Court, he has since advised private equity firms, family offices, hedge funds, developers, and owners on acquisition underwriting, deal structuring, financing alternatives, asset management, and workouts. Pat graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a focus in Hotel Real Estate Finance.
