A good deal is one that makes money and clears its hurdle rate. While we are predominantly hotel-focused, we look for strong investments across other real estate classes, including student housing, senior housing, office and industrial.

In these asset classes we are open to co-GP structures, preferring partners with deep experience investing in, repositioning and operating assets in their field.
